This course is the first of a two-year immersion in the studio experience for the serious art student. The Junior IB HL Art student is a self-motivated, independent learner who is comfortable with regularly keeping an investigative workbook and creating a unique body of studio work that exemplifies a unified focus.

 

Students will have access to a wide variety of media while learning many techniques to express their ideas. They are expected to take Studio Art their senior year as the culminating and follow-up experience.
